By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web applications and tools provided by Shopvora ("Shopvora," "we," "our," or "us") at shopvora.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the service immediately.

2. Scope of Service & Platform Role

Shopvora is an independent culinary software platform designed to assist home cooks across India in discovering authentic regional recipes, calculating exact metric ingredient requirements, estimating costs per plate, and consolidating grocery items into shopping carts for on-demand delivery.

Shopvora is not a grocery retailer, distributor, or dark store operator. Our 1-click cart integration assists users in assembling grocery baskets on third-party quick commerce platforms (specifically Swiggy Instamart). All order placement, payment processing, packaging, delivery fulfillment, returns, and customer service regarding physical groceries are executed directly and exclusively by Swiggy (Bundl Technologies Pvt. Ltd.).

3. Estimated Grocery Pricing & Catalog Benchmarks

Shopvora computes estimated item costs, basket totals, and cost-per-plate indicators algorithmically using standard Indian market packaging sizes (e.g., 500g paneer blocks, 1kg dal packs, 100g spice packs) and historical catalog benchmarks.

• Price Volatility: Grocery prices and promotions on Swiggy Instamart fluctuate dynamically based on your physical location, delivery pincode, operational dark store inventory, and ongoing retailer discounts.
• No Price Guarantees: Shopvora does not guarantee that the estimated cost per plate or cart total displayed on our site will exactly equal the final bill at checkout on Swiggy Instamart. You must verify the final cart total and applicable delivery fees before confirming payment.
• Stock Availability: Item availability is contingent upon live warehouse stock at your local delivery hub. Out-of-stock items will be flagged or substituted according to your preferences on the quick commerce platform.

4. Allergen Notice & Culinary Safety

All recipes, ingredient proportions, and cooking instructions published on Shopvora are provided for educational and culinary guidance. While our team audits recipes for culinary authenticity:

• You are solely responsible for inspecting physical ingredient labels upon receipt for allergen warnings, gluten presence, nut exposure, dairy thresholds, and expiration dates.
• Ensure appropriate meat and poultry internal temperatures, safe oil handling during deep frying, and adherence to clean kitchen practices to avoid food-borne illnesses.
• Nutritional values and caloric estimates displayed on recipe cards are approximations derived from standard nutritional databases and should not be treated as medical dietary guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The proprietary software code, search algorithms, user interfaces, branding, layout design, and curated recipe texts on Shopvora.in are the intellectual property of Shopvora and its founders. Unauthorized automated scraping, framing, copying, or reverse-engineering of our catalog algorithms is strictly prohibited.

"Swiggy," "Instamart," and affiliated brand emblems are registered trademarks of Bundl Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are referenced strictly under fair nominative use to describe third-party delivery compatibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Shopvora and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the platform, including any discrepancies in grocery deliveries, order delays, incorrect item dispatches by delivery partners, food allergies, or technical service interruptions.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
